Important Distinction: AutoTaskClick does NOT host, stream, or store any IPTV content, channels, streams, or media files. We are an automation tool that connects to external IPTV panels. If you believe your copyrighted content is being distributed through an IPTV reseller using our automation platform, you must contact that reseller directly or their IPTV panel provider.

4. How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that material available on our Service infringes your copyright, please send our DMCA Agent a written notice containing the following information (see 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):

6. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA, AutoTaskClick maintains a repeat infringer policy for users (IPTV resellers) who repeatedly violate copyright laws.

6.1 Definition of Repeat Infringer

A user is considered a “repeat infringer” if they:

  • Receive three (3) or more valid DMCA takedown notices within any 12-month period

  • Have been found by a court to have infringed copyrights

  • Admit to or acknowledge copyright infringement

6.2 Consequences for Repeat Infringers

6.3 Termination of Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate, without notice, the accounts of users identified as repeat infringers. Termination includes:

  • Immediate loss of access to the dashboard and plugin

  • Forfeiture of any pending orders or data

  • No refunds for previously processed orders


7. Counter-Notice Procedure

If you are a user (IPTV reseller) who has received a DMCA takedown notice and believe that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice.

7.1 Counter-Notice Requirements

A valid counter-notice must include the following (see 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3)):

8. False Claims and Misrepresentations

8.1 Legal Consequences of False DMCA Notices

Warning: Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages, including:

  • Costs and attorneys’ fees

  • Any damages suffered by the alleged infringer

  • Court-ordered penalties

8.2 Legal Consequences of False Counter-Notices

Similarly, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material was removed by mistake or misidentification may also be liable for damages.

We take false claims seriously. If we believe a DMCA notice or counter-notice was submitted in bad faith, we may:

  • Report the submitter to their ISP or employer

  • Pursue legal remedies for damages

  • Permanently ban the submitter from using our Service


9. DMCA Safe Harbor Compliance

AutoTaskClick operates as a Service Provider under the DMCA Safe Harbor provisions (Title II of the DMCA). We comply with all requirements to maintain safe harbor protection, including:

11. Limitation of Liability for User Content

11.1 No Monitoring Obligation

AutoTaskClick is not obligated to monitor user content for copyright infringement. However, we will respond expeditiously to valid DMCA notices.

11.2 User Responsibility

IPTV resellers using our automation platform are solely responsible for:

  • Ensuring they have proper licensing for any IPTV content they resell

  • Complying with all applicable copyright laws

  • Responding to DMCA notices directed to them

We encourage all resellers to review the copyright laws of their jurisdiction before reselling IPTV services.
