At AutoTaskClick (“we”, “us”, “our”, “Company”), operated by Autotaskclick LLC, we believe in transparency and fairness. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued for purchases made through our admin IPTV panel automation system, WordPress plugin, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

This policy applies to all IPTV resellers using our platform, including free trial users, Starter, Growth, and Scale plan customers.

2. Free Trial – No Refund Needed

We offer a free trial that includes 20 automated orders at no cost. No credit card is required to start the trial.

  • Because you pay nothing during the free trial, no refunds apply.

  • If you decide not to continue after the trial, simply do not upgrade to a paid plan. No action is required.


3. Paid Orders – General No-Refund Policy

AutoTaskClick operates on a pay-per-order model. You are charged only when an order is successfully automated by our system.

3.1 No Refunds for Successfully Processed Orders

Once our system successfully processes an automated order (i.e., the order is received, subscription activated, and credentials delivered to your customer), the per-order fee is non-refundable.

Why? Our system incurs real costs for:

  • API calls to your IPTV panel

  • Database storage and processing

  • Email delivery for credentials and receipts

  • Payment gateway transaction fees

These costs are incurred at the moment of automation, regardless of future actions taken by you or your customers.

4. When Refunds or Credits Are Available

We value fair treatment. Refunds or credits are issued only in the following limited circumstances:

4.1 Technical Issue on Our Side (Pro-rated Refund or Credit)

If our Service experiences a documented, verifiable technical issue that:

  • Prevents your orders from being automated for more than 48 consecutive hours, AND

  • Is caused solely by our automation system (not your IPTV panel, hosting, or internet connection),

You may be eligible for a pro-rated credit or refund for the affected period.

How to request:

  1. Contact support at support@autotaskclick.com

  2. Provide screenshots, error logs, or timestamps showing the issue

  3. Our technical team will investigate within 3 business days

Resolution: If confirmed as our issue, we will issue a credit equal to the per-order fees for orders that failed during the outage window. Cash refunds are issued only if you cancel your account entirely.

4.2 Duplicate or Erroneous Charges

If you are accidentally charged twice for the same order or charged for orders that never occurred:

  • ✅ Full refund will be issued within 7 business days of verification

  • Contact us immediately with your payment receipt and dashboard order history

4.3 Pre-Payment for Volume (Not Applicable to Our Model)

AutoTaskClick does not require pre-payment or monthly subscriptions. You pay only per order processed. Therefore, there are no unused credits or pre-paid balances to refund.


5. Non-Refundable Situations (Full List)

We will not issue refunds in the following cases:

5.1 Change of Mind or Business Strategy

  • You decide to stop your IPTV reselling business

  • You switch to a different automation provider

  • You no longer need our Service

5.2 Payment Processor Account Bans or Restrictions

  • PayPal, Stripe, Airwallex, or your bank restricts, freezes, or bans your account

  • You fail to comply with your payment processor’s terms of service

  • We clearly state in our Terms of Service (Section 8.4) that we are not responsible for payment processor actions

5.3 Customer Disputes or Chargebacks

  • Your end customer files a dispute, chargeback, or refund request with their bank or PayPal

  • You are responsible for managing your customer relationships

  • Our system accurately delivered what was ordered – we do not mediate between you and your customers

5.4 IPTV Content Legality Issues

  • Your IPTV panel or content is found to violate copyright laws

  • You receive a takedown notice or legal action

  • Your hosting provider or panel operator shuts down your service

5.5 Violation of Our Terms of Service

  • You use our Service for prohibited activities (see Terms of Service Section 4.2)

  • Your account is terminated by us for violating our rules

  • You provide false or fraudulent information during registration

5.6 Panel or Hosting Issues on Your Side

  • Your external IPTV panel is offline, misconfigured, or incompatible

  • Your WordPress site has plugin conflicts or server issues

  • Your API credentials change without updating them in our dashboard

Note: If an order fails due to YOUR panel or hosting issues, you are not charged. We only charge for successful automations.


6. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under Section 4 of this policy, follow these steps:

Step 1: Gather Documentation

Before contacting us, collect:

  • Your AutoTaskClick account email address

  • Order ID(s) or date range of affected orders

  • Screenshots or error logs showing the issue

  • Any relevant payment receipts from PayPal/Stripe

Step 2: Submit Your Request

Send an email to support@autotaskclick.com with the subject line:

“Refund Request – [Your Account Email]”

Step 3: Wait for Processing

  • Our team will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours

  • Investigation typically takes 3–5 business days

  • You will receive a final decision via email

Step 4: Approved Refunds

If approved:

  • Cash refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days (depending on your bank or payment processor)

  • Credits are applied to your account within 48 hours and will offset future per-order fees


7. Chargeback Policy

We take chargebacks seriously. A chargeback occurs when you dispute a charge directly with your credit card company or PayPal instead of contacting us first.

7.1 Our Chargeback Process

If you file a chargeback without first requesting a refund through our support system:

  1. Your account will be immediately suspended pending investigation

  2. We will provide your payment processor with evidence that the Service was delivered as described

  3. If the chargeback is resolved in our favor, your account may be reinstated

  4. A $25 dispute fee will be added to your account for each chargeback (covers our administrative costs)

7.2 We Encourage Direct Contact First

Before filing a chargeback, please contact us at support@autotaskclick.com. Most issues can be resolved quickly without formal disputes. Chargebacks harm your ability to use payment processors for future business.


8. Cancellation and Its Effect on Refunds

8.1 Cancellation by You

You may cancel your AutoTaskClick account at any time via your dashboard or by emailing support.

  • No refunds for any orders already processed before cancellation

  • No partial refunds for unused free trial orders (they are free)

  • Your access to our dashboard and plugin will terminate within 5 business days

8.2 Cancellation by Us

If we terminate your account due to Terms of Service violations (Section 6.2 of ToS):

  • No refunds of any kind will be issued

  • You forfeit any pending or future automation services


9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have requested a refund and it has been approved but you have not received it:

9.1 Check Your Payment Method

  • PayPal: Check your PayPal transaction history (refunds appear as separate line items)

  • Stripe/Credit Card: Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement

  • Cryptocurrency: Refunds in crypto are sent to the original wallet address and may take network confirmation time

9.2 Contact Your Bank First

Sometimes banks or credit card companies take additional time to post refunds. Please contact your financial institution first.

9.3 Still Missing?

If you have waited more than 15 business days after approval and still do not see the refund:

  • Refund approval email (forwarded)

  • Screenshot of your payment method transaction history

We will investigate and provide a reference number for your records.


10. European Union Consumer Rights (If Applicable)

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have certain rights under EU law, including the right to withdraw from a digital service contract within 14 days without giving a reason (Cooling-Off Period).

10.1 Important Exception for Digital Services

Under EU law, the right of withdrawal does not apply once we have begun providing the digital service with your express consent and acknowledgment that you will lose your right of withdrawal.

By using our Service, you:

  1. Expressly consent to us beginning the automation service immediately

  2. Acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the first order is processed

10.2 For EU Customers Who Have Not Used the Service

If you sign up but have not processed any orders within the 14-day cooling-off period, you may request a full refund of any pre-paid amounts (though we do not require pre-payment).

To invoke this right, email support@autotaskclick.com before any order is processed.


11. Updates to This Refund Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our Service, legal requirements, or business practices.

13. Complete Refund Policy Acknowledgment

By using AutoTaskClick, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund Policy.

You understand that:

  • Successfully processed orders are generally non-refundable

  • Free trial is truly free – no refunds needed

  • Technical issues on our side are eligible for pro-rated credits

  • Payment processor bans or customer disputes are your responsibility

  • Chargebacks without prior contact may result in account suspension and fees
