These Terms of Service (“Terms”, “ToS”, “Agreement”) govern your use of the AutoTaskClick website located at https://autotaskclick.com (the “Site”), our WordPress plugin, admin IPTV panel automation system, client dashboard, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

The Service is operated by Autotaskclick LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a Nevada limited liability company with an address at 2831 St. Rose Pkwy, Suite 244, Henderson, NV 89052.

By accessing or using our Service, you (“Reseller”, “User”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

1.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

1.2 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.

1.3 Account Security

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@autotaskclick.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.

1.4 Prohibited Users

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion, including for users who violate these Terms or applicable laws.

2. Description of Our Service

AutoTaskClick provides an admin IPTV panel automation system for IPTV resellers. Our platform automates:

• Order processing and instant delivery (under 20 seconds)

• Subscription activation and credential sending

• Renewal reminders and automated billing

• Payment processing via multiple gateways (PayPal, Stripe, Airwallex, Crypto)

• Client self-service area for your end customers

• Real-time analytics dashboard (revenue tracking, active subscriptions, success rates)

Our Service integrates with WordPress via a plugin and connects to your external IPTV panel. Setup typically takes under 30 minutes.

3. Free Trial and Paid Plans

3.1 Free Trial

We offer a free trial that includes 20 automated orders at no cost. No credit card is required to start the trial. The free trial is limited to one per person or business entity.

3.2 Paid Plans

After the free trial, you pay per order based on the following volume-based pricing:

• No monthly fees – you only pay for orders processed.

• No setup fees – installation and basic configuration are included.

• Pricing is subject to change with 30 days’ notice via email.

3.3 How “Per Order” Billing Works

A “processed order” means an automated transaction where our system successfully:

• Receives an order from your WordPress checkout, and

• Activates a subscription or delivers credentials to your customer.

Failed orders (e.g., due to panel connection errors) are not charged. You are only billed for successfully completed automated deliveries.

3.4 Payment Terms

All fees are due immediately upon processing. We accept payments via PayPal, Stripe, Airwallex, and select cryptocurrencies. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for each order processed. If a payment fails, we may suspend your access to the Service.

3.5 Taxes

You are responsible for all applicable taxes, including sales, use, or value-added taxes, on your use of the Service.

4. Your Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

4.1 Lawful Use of IPTV Services

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for ensuring that the IPTV content you resell, distribute, or provide access to does not violate any applicable laws, copyrights, or third-party rights.

• AutoTaskClick provides automation tools only. We do not host, stream, or provide any IPTV content. We do not verify the legality of your content or panel.

• You assume all legal risks associated with your IPTV reselling business, including but not limited to copyright infringement claims, payment processor restrictions, or legal actions from content owners.

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You may not use our Service to:

• Resell IPTV content that you do not have proper licensing or authorization for.

• Engage in fraud, money laundering, or any deceptive practice.

• Bypass or attempt to bypass our security, payment, or access controls.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy our WordPress plugin or automation code.

• Use our Service to process orders for illegal goods or services.

• Harass, abuse, or threaten our support staff.

4.3 Payment Account Protection

You agree to use best practices to protect your PayPal, Stripe, and other payment accounts. While our system reduces disputes and automates accurate delivery, we are not responsible if your payment processor (e.g., PayPal) restricts or bans your account due to the nature of your IPTV business.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Our Ownership

The Service, including the WordPress plugin, dashboard interface, automation engine, source code, design, logos, and all related intellectual property, is owned exclusively by Autotaskclick LLC. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your business purposes.

5.2 Your Content and Data

You retain ownership of:

• Your IPTV panel credentials and customer data.

• Your WordPress site and checkout content.

You grant us a limited license to access, process, and store this data solely to provide the Service (e.g., to communicate with your panel, send credentials to your customers, and generate analytics).

5.3 Feedback

If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback about our Service, you grant us an unrestricted, royalty-free license to use and implement that feedback without any obligation to you.

6. Cancellation, Suspension, and Termination

6.1 Cancellation by You

You may cancel your account at any time via your dashboard or by emailing support@autotaskclick.com. Upon cancellation:

• You will not be refunded for any unused free trial orders or pre-paid balances (if any).

• Your access to the dashboard and plugin will be terminated within 5 business days.

• We will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.

6.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately if:

• You violate these Terms (e.g., reselling illegal IPTV content).

• Your payment method fails or you attempt fraud.

• We receive legal notice that your IPTV business violates copyright laws.

• You cause harm to our reputation or operational stability.

6.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your automation will stop immediately. New orders will not be processed.

• You are responsible for manually handling any pending orders or customer communications.

• Sections that by their nature should survive (including Sections 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10) will remain in effect.

7. Service Level and Support

7.1 Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our automation API and dashboard, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced via email or dashboard notice.

7.2 Support

We provide customer support 7 days a week via:

Support is for technical issues related to our plugin, dashboard, and automation setup. We do not provide support for your external IPTV panel or your end customers.

7.3 Response Times

We aim to respond to support requests within 24 hours on weekdays and within 48 hours on weekends.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

8.1 No Consequential Damages
In no event shall Autotaskclick LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or payment account closures (e.g., PayPal or Stripe bans), arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service.

8.2 Total Liability Cap
Our total cumulative liability to you for any and all claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.3 “As Is” and “As Available”
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8.4 No Responsibility for Payment Processor Actions
We are not responsible if PayPal, Stripe, or any other payment provider restricts, freezes, or permanently bans your account due to the nature of your IPTV reselling business. You assume full responsibility for compliance with each payment processor’s terms of service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Autotaskclick LLC, its members, employees, and affiliates from any claim, demand, lawsuit, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service.

• Your violation of these Terms.

• Your violation of any applicable laws, including copyright or intellectual property laws related to your IPTV content.

• Your IPTV panel or any content distributed to your customers.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10.2 Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Clark County, Nevada, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Each party shall bear its own arbitration costs.

10.3 No Class Actions

You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis. You waive the right to bring or participate in a class action, collective action, or representative action.

10.4 Small Claims Exception

Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court in Clark County, Nevada, instead of arbitration, as long as the dispute qualifies.

11. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will:

• Post the revised Terms on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.

• Notify you via email (if you have an active account) at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Miscellaneous

12.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Autotaskclick LLC regarding your use of the Service.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.

12.3 No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of that right or provision.

12.4 Assignment

You may not assign these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
